Unlike organisations built around mass distribution of short-term aid, we emphasise deep, personalised interventions that completely alter the trajectory of a life.
So we take on fewer cases and go much further with each one: paying the whole tuition rather than a portion, staying through licensure rather than first year, funding the equipment and then the two years of mentorship that make the business survive. Each intervention builds capacity that outlasts the money.
